Our own farms
We grow part of our range ourselves, in soil and in hydroponic and aeroponic systems. Twenty-five years of it, which is why we can judge a crop at the packhouse.
Cold from the field
Graded, packed and brought down to temperature the day it is cut, and kept there until it reaches your dock.
Days, not weeks
Air freight into Europe from whichever origin the crop is in season, with customs and plant health clearance handled on arrival.
We don’t only buy produce. We grow it.
We run our own growing operations — twenty years cultivating in soil and five more building and running hydroponic and aeroponic systems, soilless growing under controlled light, nutrient and humidity.
What we do not grow ourselves, we buy from partner farms we have chosen, visited and specified to. Growing our own is what lets us judge theirs: we know when a crop is being pushed too hard, which packhouse handles a delicate herb properly, and how a harvest will behave three days into a cold chain.
We are now extending that work into controlled-environment production for the European market, growing closer to the customers we supply.
